A consultation consists of an interview lasting about two hours. The interview can be done over the phone or in person. You should be prepared to speak openly and freely about your:
You will also need to read and sign this disclosure.
Following the initial consultation, I will recommend a single remedy, or
request more information. The cost for an initial consultation is $50.
Follow-up consultations cost $50 and are done every 6 weeks. These last about 30 minutes
and are necessary to judge progress in the case.
Once recommended, the remedy can be ordered from a variety of companies at a cost of
between $10 and $25. This same remedy will need to be reordered at a different strength
about once every 2 months. I recommend Hahnemann Labs (other companies can
be found on my resources page)
for ordering remedies.
I discovered homeopathy after suffering for nearly six months with
a debilitating illness that was most likely Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I had been studying psychology
at
Oberlin College when I became sick.
I had long noticed that there seemed to be many problems in the way that mental
illness was being conceptualized. When I was sick with CFIDS, I discovered that there was
generally a problem conceptualizing all illness. Basically, I had the very strong
feeling that the doctors that I went to did not know what they were talking about.
Eventually, I did find a few doctors who seemed to have a good way to treat my
illness. This gave me some hope. Then I met a homeopath. In addition to the healing that
I did under her care over the next five years, she introduced me to homeopathy and I discovered
a scientific conceptualization of illness that was far more complete and satisfying than
anything I had run into previously. I began my study of homeopathy at this time.
In addition to a great deal of homestudy, I have studied homeopathy at the
Dynamis School and the ESSH School. I am currently practicing in Mill Valley,
California. Consultations can be done in-person or by phone.
The monument to Samuel Hahnemann, the great physician who was almost solely
responsible for the discovery and development of homeopathy, located in
our nation's capitol.
